Welcomed into the world late summer 2023, MOJO AUGUST is band that brings together a rich tapestry of musical influences, weaving Roots Rock, Folk and Brit Rock into a captivating sound all their own. With a passion for real-life storytelling and an undeniably dirty size to their sound, the band garnered first attention.
In the Fall of 2023 MOJO AUGUST’s debut single, “Keys to My Kingdom,” showcased their signature blend of dirty guitars and heartfelt vocals. The song „Keys to my Kingdom“ captures the fight for control of your own fate and reflects the band leader Jake’s fight with his autoimmune disease and its symptoms over his body.
Jake’s collaborative spirit fuelled his creativity in the songwriting process, working with 6 musician friends to put together a debut album that spoke from the core of his soul. Deep into the process of finishing their first album, MOJO AUGUST is strongly dedicated to creating music that connects with audiences on a deep emotional level, celebrating the human experience through their carefully crafted tunes.

As they embark on their musical journey, MOJO AUGUST is committed to performing live and connecting with fans, sharing their love for music and the stories that inspire their songs. The band now consists of four magical members, Lydia on drums, Agnes on second vocals and keys, Phil on guitar, Florian on bass, as well as mandolin.

2024 saw them releasing 4 singles and a 5 song EP in December.

2025, to be specific September 12th, their debut album will be released, which will be accompanied by a small tour to show out.
